Our soaps are free of preservatives and are meant to be used within a reasonable amount of time, preferably within 3 to 6 months

- We ship through U.S.P.S First Class in 3-5 business days (Allow 3-4 weeks when you order logs)
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- For international shipping with unusually higher rates calculated by the site, please e-mail us for a quote with a list of the products you wish to purchase
RETURNS
We're die-hard fans of our own work and we're sure you'll love it too. But your satisfaction is paramount! Items can be returned within 15 days. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. For orders with custom labels, you have the choice to keep the labels or we'll recycle it for you, this portion of the order will not be refunded. Send an e-mail to initiate a return. We will review your request and respond with a shipping label.
